What makes a Champagne Experience?
This question has haunted me for years.... Expectation - Location - Reliability - Flexibility- Value - Being friendly and welcoming - Skilled craftmanship? All 'must haves' to provide a superb professional service but these are really only the trimmings, a mere 20% of the whole.
Think for a moment of a fine crystal glass and how it contributes to the delight of drinking your favourite brand of bubbles, and now think of those delicious 'hidden flavours' that only emerge when the Champagne is served at the it's optimal temperature (7 degress celcius). Independently you have nice glassware and fizzy wine - it's only after mixing the ingredients, blending them perfectly does the 'magic' occur.
So, what makes a Champagne Experience ?
It was only very recently that I solved the riddle, surprisingly, I found it hidden in three very common but much misunderstood words. Reading their definitions I knew I had my answer, I had discovered the missing ingredients, the 80% formula that I so want to share with you !
